You will comply with applicable laws and platform policies. You will not misuse the service or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or where we explicitly state otherwise.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the service. You retain rights to content you provide.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee outcomes from replies or social engagement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
